Application for Enrolment Online
Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at St. John Vianney's Primary School. Please find the link below to your child's online application for enrolment.
You will need to click on the link, enter and review the required details, complete and submit the form, before your application will be submitted to us. We will then contact you regarding the next steps.
If applying for enrolment for more than one student, when the form is completed an option will be available to submit another enrolment for each additional student.

Applications for enrolment are only accepted up to two years prior to the year of commencement
i.e. if applying for a child to start Prep in 2027, the earliest you can make application is 1 January 2025.
Enrolment Application Process
Enrolment applications for all year levels (apart from Prep) can be submitted at any time and must be accompanied by:
- a non-refundable application fee of $80 (please use payment button below)
- full birth certificate (not commemorative or extract)
- baptismal certificate
- last two school reports and NAPLAN report(s) as applicable
- any medical or learning reports
- if noted in your application: Legal Documentation, Medical Action Plan and Student Specialist Assessments
- supporting documentation for international details (eg visas, evidence of Australian citizenship)
- proof of residential address, ie current rates notice, electricity account or rental agreement (new families only)
Confirmation of Enrolment Process
Letters are sent to parents, notifying them of either an enrolment position, or placement on the waiting list. Parents are required to complete an enrolment offer acceptance form and submit a $100 confirmation fee, only to be paid when offer has been made and you are accepting the position. This is a non-refundable fee.
Prep Enrolments
Applications for Prep are accepted until the end of Term 1 of the year prior to enrolment.
Whenever an application is received, the placement remains dependent on meeting the requirements of the Enrolment Policy.
To qualify for enrolment, a Prep student must turn five years of age by 30th June in the year of enrolment.
Applications for enrolment are only accepted up to two years prior to the year of commencement,
i.e. if applying for a child to start Prep in 2027, the earliest you can make application is 1 January 2025.
Timeframe for the Prep Enrolment Process:
- Term Two of the Year prior to Placement
Applicants will be contacted for a family interview with the Principal in accordance with our Priority of Enrolment policy. It is essential that any supporting documentation (if not already provided) is brought to the interview.
- Letters are sent to parents, notifying them of either an enrolment position, or placement on the waiting list. Parents are required to complete an enrolment offer acceptance form, Confirmation of Enrolment form and submit a $100 confirmation fee.
- Term Four of the Year prior to Placement
Orientation sessions are held for all Prep families. This is generally a Parent Information session (parents only to attend) and separate orientation sessions for students.
